First Post!

Hello! You’ve somehow managed to stumble upon my dev blog, where I share stuff about developing thepic.net.
This has been more of a learning project for me and taking anything that comes at me a chance to learn new things, doing this project has been a lot of fun.
First off, I’ll show a list of already implemented features:

 

• Image upload, with a nice upload page from where you can share it to anyone!
• This Blog
• Administrative stuff

That list shorter than I would want it to be, but I’m improving it all the time.
Now the super-cool-ToDo-list:

• Upload RAW images and convert them to more web friendly format
• More user interaction in images and here
• Albums
• Stats pages, where you can find interesting stats of the site, and the most popular images

Phew! I’ve a lot to do!
